Particle Wave #2 IPA - Collaboration w/ Azvex Brewing - Liverpool, England - We again teamed up with Jasper Yeast flavorful brew. Using the lab's non-GMO thiol enhancing yeast we produced a lighter version of the last batch of Particle Wave. With the use of Virginia Chinook in the mash and NY Cascade in the finish the yeast produces intense tropical flavors.
